Paid Maternity and Paternity leave is the best I've seen anywhere! They give you a lot of time to spend with your new child.

For FTEs the policy recently changed... it's truly amazing. Birthing mothers get 18 weeks, non-birthing (adopting) get 12 paid. New fathers get 12 paid.

Paternity leave is only for after you have been with the company for over a year or if you are salaried. Is my baby not as important as someone's baby who has been with the company over a year, or a salaried employee's?

FMLA Time is provided up to 6 weeks for Paternity and 12 weeks for Maternity, if I recall correctly.

The paternity leave is un heard of. I think you can get up to 6 weeks if you have been here for 5 years.
