Have joined since starting work for the company. Great benefit to have

Pretty good considering the huge employment base of Goodyear. The company match was poor at just $0.50 / $1 up to 3% max and their was a limited choice of investment options, but overall it was better than other plans I have had in the past. Can't really complain about it too much with some companies no longer offering company matches or even plans.

Not many choices to pick from. JP Morgan has these funds for every 5 year retirement options. You are forced to pick one of these rather than get your own from a variety of funds or ETFs'

Good investment options. The company match is based on age so it is more favorable to older workers.

They match an above average percent.
