Great coverage. Reasonable premiums, deductibles and out-of-pocket limits.

Overall pretty good, but premium is going up every year. For high deductible plan, the company matches a good amount of seed money. Dental coverage could improve.

The base health insurance premium is free, with optional PPO and EPO at ~$90/month. Dental and vision are about $10/month so having all of those means you're spending a very measly amount for your insurance. The higher-tier packages are both in-and-out-of-network. They have concierges on site to help figure out the best plans for you.
