In the US it is all too complicated and confusing, but everywhere else in the world it is easy and extremely comprehensive. Blame the country, not Google.

I have absolutely zero complaints about the health insurance. I have not had a single billing issue, my deductibles and copays are usually less than I plan for, and I have not had to negotiate to get anything covered in many years of being an employee.
