Performance Bonus

For shift leads and higher.

This is new, so I don't know enough about it yet. It's based on the number of orders you take each week, starting at $30 bonus for 30 orders and going up to $100 bonus for 70 orders. If you don't work the dead slow shifts, you can easily make 70 orders in a week working full-time.
