Ha! Job training is a ridiculous charade at GA. It looks systematic, and there are videos and handouts to watch. But since the company's org chart, work flow, and system of job descriptions is constantly in a state of flux, it actually doesn't matter what you were "trained" to do when you were hired. If you stay with the company more than six months, you won't be doing that anymore anyway.
