Not enough paid time for close family members

This is available, for immediate family members. Meaning go down the family tree, not over at all. (Granparents, to your parent, to you, your spouse and children, etc. It does not include aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. But not many plans do. Maybe a small company, but I think it would be too costly for such a large company to include those other relatives.) You get three days paid.
