It's a good discount in terms of percentage, but our prices are so high that with the discount we still only compare to regular retail prices at home stores like Lowe's.

The discount would be phenomenal at another company, but with Grainger's expensive product pricing I found myself purchasing home goods elsewhere. Also the discount can't be applied to clearance items or on sale items, so there was no real opportunity for deep savings.

High publish prices get the Emp Disc somewhat reasonable

Grainger has a great employee discount program...better than most

It is an outsourced discount program and difficult to navigate.
