Best is the benefits are pretty good. My spouse has better benefits, cheaper and cover more. The Worst is every year, the cost goes up, but the coverage seems to diminish. The specialist copays used to be $25. Then, they went up to $50, and the cost went up as well. I know it is not the fault entirely of the employer, but this is something you will probably encounter with any employer.
