The PST plan was what all the employees talked about it was a great plan, team members earned as much as 22% of their annual salary. In 2015 this policy was changed and team members got 8% for a PST, of course first year employees were 25% vested.

They are transitioning away from an old-school Profit Sharing program, into the 21st century 401k. Last year they basically told us that they were reducing the amount they contributed from 18% on average, down to 12% based on company performance. 3% in to Profit Sharing, 9% in to 401k. Most people just saw the fact that their pay decreased by 6%.

It used to be a great benefit but they have stripped it down by about half. They don't offer an IRA or 401k either.

At one time it was incomparable, but when I left there was already talk of change to this plan. So any employee that is hired in 2015 or beyond will not see the sort of robust retirement that the vetted staff saw.
