Best: Communication is seamless between Ithaca staff and those in other states. Worst: Can't really think of one - WFH is the smarter and more family friendly way to work.

Support fully remote work for many positions. Biggest downside of that is that you can't readily attend company events without travel expenses. Also very few possibilities of working from outside USA due to security issues.
