If you need family or medical leave they do ask for 30 days notice if it is foreseeable and you can get up to 12 week approved. You can ask to have it extend past 12 weeks but its not guaranteed depending on the situation.

Great clips is a terrible company to work for.
They care more around the clients than the workers that work there.
They offer CRAP insurance and also if your pregnant they wont pay for anything because its "pre existing" considering mostly females work doing hair.
Il never work for this company again unless it was my last option! Wonder why no one wants to work for them!
