It is great that we have 3 different options on which medical plan we want to go with and all are fairly affordable I would say. We have a newly added plan which seems to be pretty good so far. Little bit higher premiums for it but way lower deductible compared to the others.

deductibles are high for both plans. Could be worse I suppose but definitely could be better

Best - they have group health insurance with options. Worst - explanation of the flex spending programs.
