According to the team at my dentist's office, the MetLife plan offered by Groupon is "the best." I had to get 5 fillings this year (I know, I'm a mess), and ended up only paying about $175.

I don't know how good the benefit is if you need major dental work. I've only had routine cleanings, which are covered.
