WFH is not taboo! Everyone does it, even employees who live across the street from the office. You can WFH in the morning and come to office mid-day to avoid rush hour traffic. Guardian supports that great work happens everywhere! You can extend your vacations or WFH from a beach house during the summers. It's awesome! Plenty of employees moved to other states and kept their jobs at Guardian fully remote.

I LOVE working remotely - save SO much time vs commuting, getting dressed/ready, making sure the rest of the family is ready, planning on weekends for the work week is reduced significantly. We have the equipment and tech support to be successful, and it is so common that it does not lessen my visibility to upper management in terms of rating, career growth, challenging assignments. We are treated like grownups (because we are!)
