Useless. It's better to get private insurance and much cheaper. The insurance is over $20 a week but if you decline, only $9 is given back.

Prefer the traditional PPO insurance. They now offer PHA in which you spend more time fighting battles with both the insurance company as well as the core giver - especially when things don't match up. It's more of a headache to add to stress of working conditions.
