Company Social Events

We get an end of season get together with practically endless food and beverages.

Two events a year. Boring. People who should be recognized are missed, such as for tenure, and many are recognized for growth that is due to first year ($0 - $10,000 is NOT a $10,000 increase in revenue). This makes recognition meaningless.

We are given lunch on occasion and every now and then are asked to participate in some kind of benefit. Hurray.
