Prior to the season you will be paid minimum wage to attend classes that are not very helpful. At the beginning of the season you will work on case studies to become more familiar with the software. Then once the peak season hits you will be expected to complete returns with minimal help as all experienced preparers are busy with their own clients. After that point return preparation in minimal since they become more complex and only the prior preparers complete them.
