Job Training

Job training is great. It makes your job enjoyable and makes you work efficiently.

Each advisors individual expectations. Hard to communicate realistic expectations for dedicated time on each individuals projects.

Training doesn't seem very realistic as opposed to real life clients

H & R Block has a good training. They slso have online training snd in person training by more experienced tax preparers. We used to pay like $20 per year for the training. Some teaining was required and some were optional. It was done on our own time.

You pay $35 but get access to one of the largest libraries of tax related classes in the world.

Plenty online training, short in person training sessions.

Self paced but exams very confusing at times. Kryptonite to critical thinkers.

Sufficient hands-on training in preparation for the season.

The best thing about training was being able to it at your own pace.
