HBS Systems works from a strength-based management style. Promoting, training, and developing employees. It's great to see employees given the opportunity to try something new and excel as well as see employees try something new and if it's not for them, they are welcomed back into their former department with open arms. I have never been part of a company that so freely allows employees to develop their skills.
