Best thing is there are almost limitless learning opportunities but it will not be shown to you or talked about enough. I had to go and find it for myself but there is a huge catalog of learning material for IT workers.
The worst part honestly is finding time to find it and request it since it isn't openly discussed or pushed even though it contains a lot of vital information.
