The good: There are various health insurance plan options. An individual with Gold PPO pays ~$85 per month for pretty good coverage. After one year, the employer will match 401K contributions up to 4%. The bad: No matter how long you're at the company, you do not accrue additional vacation days. When people encountered issues trying to take advantage of commuter benefits through a third party service provider, the company didn't help to resolve confusion or get reimbursements out to people. There is some kind of tuition reimbursement or professional development fund, but it's frustrating and difficult to navigate the process. The company had somebody make a presentation about how great the PD opportunities were, but they were vague and never followed up with any actual details. They said they would share the presentation and other information but never did.
