Their benefits are great. They provide matching 401(k) and you are vested in that from day one! Very few companies provide that!

Their health insurance is average not the best and not the worst either. You get 10 days time off in a year, the lowest standard in the industry. You will get questions from senior management for more days off, even though there is leave without pay option. Sabbatical is a namesake policy. 5 days off for child birth, again one of the lowest in the industry. Some good companies give 4 months paid time off after childbirth. You would have to spent 9 hrs in the office though nobody works because of their incompetent nature.
