HCLTech benefits

The actual health insurance was pretty good. So I'll give two stars. But the rest of the benefits were non-existent.

Incredible value - Salaries and bonuses are competitive for IT skills - but I can attest that HCL invests heavily in employee benefits - don't just evaluate salary offers - my health, 401k and other benefits are worth at least $20,000 - I insure a family of five for $82 semi-monthly (164 a month), with very low/reasonable co-pays and a controlled / fair deductible. 401(K) match is 4% on 5% employee contribution - and they have life, disability, etc at very reasonable premiums.

They have great selections for Health Insurance but all other Benefits are Average. Work Life Balance is Terrible Holidays are dependent on you Project and many projects require you to Work those Holidays and you receive no additional pay or comp time even if the Holiday is Recognized by HCL Corporate, they only have 10 days of PTO and these have to be used if you are sick there are no Sicks days for Full Time Employees

One of the best plan

Medical Insurance (Benefits) are quite reasonable.

Standard medical/dental/vision. 2 weeks vacation/year. 4% max matching 401k.

Good health insurance, 2 weeks PTO.

Health Insurance is the best in the industry, PPO plan, low copays.

401k Match 4% on employee 5% - benefits average and good options.
