Company shy's away from direct hire. This way after your 6 to 12 month contract is up you must wait another 6 months for benefits to kick in. From what other employees told me it was no different than getting a insurance plan privately.

That over time they would get reduced and processes and procedures would change. Employees would be left feeling like that had no say no representation. This company needs to create a union that is completely ran and controlled by the employees. This will maintain their need for representation

Does not cover fertility treatments. There is no sick leave for salary they make you use your vacation days so hope you get and understanding manager whos not an asshole. There are only 10 vacation days so hope you work on a fully staffed account or theyll make you break up you days.
