Fair package and is improving

Have good medical benefits and employer match of 401k savings. Base package is not par with industry, but, not bad as compare to other consulting company

Decent benefits. Have to sign up 3 different providers for Medical, vision and dental.

401k is only matched at 4% and starts after a year. Health insurance is low cost.

Overtime is 0.5x, Health Insurance is out of California, we are in Texas. Can be hard to find a doctor.

Health benefits are standard one. Not great but not bad too. Its like any other Indian IT service company in bay area.

Pros - 1. Work-life balance 2. Large account and hence good opportunities at my location Cons - 1. No benefits except heath, vision and dental insurance 2. Compensation is very low. 3. Focus is on quantity instead of quality 4. Only God can help if you need something from HR department or ISG (Visa processing) department
