HGA offers flexibility in where you work!

We value being together in person to support a culture of learning and belonging and to support the creative collaboration needed on projects, organizational planning and initiatives. We also value the flexibility to work remotely at times to support personal needs, focused individual work and cross-office collaborations.

Unless you are hired to work 100% remote, we ask all employees work three days in the office, or on client/project sites, each week; although it’s not necessarily a full day based on work/life parameters. You’ll work with your managers, and your group and project leaders to determine together when it makes sense to come in to the office.
