High deductible but they recently just added long term disability as standard package.

The HSA is great. Premiums are low if you do your wellness incentive stuff.

Good coverage options with ok deductibles

As of 2019, there are currently three options for health insurance one of which is the expensive co-pay option and the other two are high deductible versions. HKS pays for about 60-80% of the actual premium. Depending on your rank at the firm, your contribution increases. Principals pay a much higher premium for the same insurance coverage compared to the juniors.

Health insurance is very average. Covers all the essentials and not bad if you are single but expensive for families.

The plans that are offered are not the BEST plans available, but they are at least affordable and offer some basic amenities.

Monthly cost is low for employee only option, average for employee + spouse or employee + family. Insurance is high deductible with no copay, payer is out of pocket for all expenses until deductible is met. Coverage is limited for even basic medications like birth control.
