Option #1: High Deductible insurance plan decent health insurance once you pay the $3,000 (per person) deductible.
Option #2: Individuals pay $150.month for decent health-insurance
I may be spoiled by my last two companies who covered 100% of the monthly premium for employees with zero deductible.
