there are countless programs and sponsored events/groups for diversity. Not just on one type of diversity but every type you can imagine. it's a big company.

They try at he executive level (we have a very articulate chief diversity officer). But they still have a bunch of old, conservative, white, male managers on the ground. Some of them don't really think women should be out of the kitchen.
