BCBS good coverage but like many high deductibles overall good plan

Competitive rates; good offering of health care providers.

Quality health insurance provided by company

Insurance goes up every year, but still better than most.

Insurance deductible is 500$ which is the lowest of any job I've worked for! Coinsurance is 90/10

The company subsidizes a competitive amount. They also have been very transparent about costs and changes to the plan/programs each year in communication to employees. Although recently much has changed at the company but historically they were very good in this area.

The coverage was good and I didn't have to change doctors when I joined.
