You contribute whatever percetage of your paycheck you want to contribute. BUT the stipulation is that if you don't stay with the company for at least 5 years, Hallmark gets their tiny contribution back. This is NOT an IRA which I was told it was. I was contributing to what I thought was my IRA that I max out at $5500 for my age. Nope, not correct. I called to close my account but they will not let me close it unless I am completely gone from the company.
