The discount itself is substantial. However, attaining the discount is a convoluted mess of filling out order request documentation and paying shipping fees, with no guarantee that items in the catalog are correctly marked as available.

Buying at work I think we get 50% off and then also have access to previous years' merchandise that we get 80% off for.
