It applies to all Hilton owned properties. You can also sign up your friends and family for special rates (not as low as employee, but good). You get your own Hilton Honors account, and start as a Silver member. Member rates start as low as $35/night. And can get them at any hotel, depending on the night.

Employee discount is extremely reasonable and varies depending on what hotel tier you book, and a family discount is also offered.

The rates for employees are great when they are available. The discount for food at various hotel restaurant is good (50% off w/team member card).

The best thing is that you get a lot of room nights per year to use for yourself and family members. The only thing I don't like about it is the limited discount during high demand.

Some dates blacked out for travel, but generally a good selection of dates for travel. $35 a night for a room, but at resorts you have to pay the resort fee in addition.
