They had discounts on hotel stay but it was hard to even find those rates anywhere.

Employee discount was the best, and dissatisfied guests were the worst.

The fact that you can stay at any of their inclusive brand hotels at highly discounted prices is a large incentive when pondering vacation time for a family. Their 401k plan is rather generous as well.

Travel for $35/night which is awesome!

The best thing is that you have discounted rates at every Hilton property. The worst thing is that most dates are blacked out if you are trying to go somewhere like near the beach or somewhere interesting. If you look for hours, you might find one date but it won't be flexible.
