Employees can work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Mandatory PTO starting, lots of people worried

I have been a remote employee since I was hired well before the pandemic. I went form being one of few to one of many. Handshake has adapted well to being a remote, yet highly collaborative team. There are still in office roles and if I were at a different stage in my career I would probably seek out more office time.

Hybrid - less of a remote stance going into 2024

There is a push for Back to the office, but some teams are still fully remote

It's remote-first which provides great flexibility yet still provides the space and resources to make the important and valuable in-person connections happen!

There are clear instructions set to help you manage your ability to work from home. Being able to access technology and be responsive while also attending meetings via call-in technology. Seeing this used regularly and healthily makes for a positive work culture
