Diversity Programs

We have Affinity Groups (Employee Resource Groups) that strive to focus on inclusion in the workplace where all employees are empowered to succeed. These groups are employee-led and company-sponsored and include the Hanover Black Caucus, Hanover Organization of Women, Hanover Pride, Hanover Parents and Family, and Hanover Ascend which focuses on networking and career development.
