Lol what employee assistance program

I contribute to it and would like to contribute more

When I first moved here we had sudden deaths in the family and had to go back home twice. It caused us to fall about 6 mnths behind on our rent and utilities. Our kids were super little then (3months, 2yrs). My manager at the time wrote a letter to the assistance program knowing I only had a couple days to figure it out and they send checks to the landlord and utility company so we would still have a place to live. Still don't know where we would be with out them

HT has a (EAP). I have heard of associates using it. I haven't actually seen anyone though.
