The 401k plan is run by Empower Retirement. It offers a good range of low-cost, high quality investments. There are 33 funds total, including Schwab Indexed Target-date funds, Fidelity Total Stock Market Fund, Vanguard Index Funds and John Hancock funds.
The company will match contributions at a 100% rate up to 4% of your salary. Matching contributions vest after 2 years.
The fees are quire reasonable with an asset-based cost of 0.16% annually (0.04% quarterly) for the account.
