Health First Health Plans provides 3 tiers of coverage. I've only used the intermediate (below premium). I find the plan to be comprehensive and affordable for my entire family. Further, Health first has partnered with Florida hospital to provide coverage that includes services by specialized doctors outside the county at tertiary health centers.

Have not need it to use as an in-house patient but more for its umbrella clinics and pharmacy with that said good FT employee insurance with only a $10 co-pay for clinics which the benefit package has an option for a flex card to pay for these medical expenses.
