It's nice to work from home but you have to make sure they know you are working 100% of the time. If there is any question as to what you are doing, you get in trouble. If you are spending too much time wrapping up a call, you get in trouble even if you're making important notes or fixing a mistake or asking a question. You have to be ready to take another call within 30 seconds or they message you about it. I'd almost rather go to a work place so they can see what I'm doing and they can stop messaging me or assuming I'm not working.
