The parental leave policy is very behind, especially for an business that talks about children's health so much. If you're pregnant when you start working there (or when you're hired on full time) you don't qualify for any paid time off. Dads and adoptive and foster parents don't get any paid time off either. Moms get 5 weeks at 60% pay through short term disability, but end up collecting more like 40% after paying for benefits. Very disappointing policy.
