Blue Cross/Blue Sheild, no deductible. Basically, you pay copays and that's it - and pretty much every providor is in-network, so you don't have to worry about that. I had an emergency room visit that ended up with an an ambulance ride and an overnight stay in the hospital since I've been here, and didn't even get a bill. And it's cheaper than at my last job, to boot.

Good insurance. Had to pay portion for spouse/family wish covered 100%. Only elite companies offer that perk anymore.
