Managed by Vanguard, which is easy to use and allows you to choose your own investments. You can put in however much you like. The company matches up to 6%. Match begins after one year of service and is fully vested once it begins.

Moved to Vanguard and while the 6% match is excellent, the plan itself has lost money over the year they have been managing it.
