Absolutely awful, thinking that working for a healthcare company you would have amazing insurance coverage. Expect to pay thousands of dollars in deductibles prior to your insurance coverage paying a dime and if you have family and want to add them it's very costly. Expect to pay hundreds of dollars a month for very bad coverage.
