Military Leave

For Internal Helpmates Employees

In accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), unpaid military leave will be granted to regular full-time and regular part-time employees to attend scheduled drills or training or if called to active duty with the U.S. Armed Services. Advance notice of 30 days of military service is required, unless military necessityprevents such notice or it is otherwise impossible or unreasonable to provide such notice.
