Refuel and Relaunch is part of TalentLaunch’s promise to provide a flexible work schedule! You have the opportunity and the flexibility to determine the appropriate amount of time away from work that will allow you to both meet the performance expectations and job responsibilities of your position while managing your personal commitments outside of work.
This program is available to all full time, benefits-eligible employees. Part-time and seasonal/temporary employees are not eligible.
You will be required to reasonably plan ahead for any period of time you would like to take off with your supervisor or manager. Your manager will approve all requests according to business needs, so not all requests may be approved.
TL’s R&R plan is meant to be used for planned vacations, personal time away from work, bereavement or periodic illness days to care for yourself or family members in your home.
