They only offer "high deductible plans". It is expensive not just at the Dr office but expensive from our paychecks too. Other insurances are available i.e. life, std, ltd, etc. but are at employee expense. This is not to mention it is difficult to get time off for appointments.

My plan was an HRA-based coverage. Hertz added $600 to an account every year. 2100/person deductible, 6350/person out-of-pocket max. Very user-friendly.
