Not good coverage and too expensive. Newer employees have to take even worse options that don't cover as much and have high deductibles.

Limited choice of united health care, unless you are willing to put up with net work doctors, you pretty much pays majority of healthe care cost,. Don't understand why they do not have blue Cross and blue shield. My last employer (small company in South FL)had better united health care coverage.
