it sucks. can't afford the co-pay and Hertz charges united health for our healthcare. I pay more for insurance with Hertz than any other company I have ever worked for. 3 times more than anywhere else

Pros: Relatively low co-insurance, free preventive care, health care on site (Biometrics, flu shot), good incentives to lower premiums . Con: High deductibles. I wish premiums were a little lower.
